 JOB DESCRIPTION
General Manager: is an executive who has overall responsibility for
managing both the revenue and cost elements of a company's
income statement, known as profit & loss (P&L) responsibility.
Operational Manager: is a senior role which involves overseeing the
production of goods and/or provision of services. It's an operations
manager's job to make sure an organisation is running as well as it
possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the
expectations and needs of customers and clients.
Marketing Manager: is a person within a company who supervises
and helps create the various advertising or merchandising sales
campaigns the business uses to sell itself and its products.
A marketing manager can be assigned to a single product, a
product line, a brand, or the entire company.
Financial Manager: are responsible for the financial health of an
organization. They produce financial reports, direct investment
activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term
financial goals of their organization.
