Summary of pumps
SRP Series swing rotary pump is a sort of new positive-displacement pump invented by Hichine Industrial (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
This pump has peculiar advantages on its structure and performance, such as strong self-priming capacity, gas-liquid mixing
transfer property, which can ensure a normal function of Model SRP under different working conditions. SRP Series swing
rotary pump suits to transfer media the temperature of which rangesfrom -40 to 80 like gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil,
aviation fuel, lubricating oil etc.
Oil products, chemical liquids or any other possible gas pumping applications, like materials delivery of oil depot, condensate
pump, liquefied gas pump, train chute, fueling of automobiles, cargo stripping on oil ships. The applicable flow rate ranges from
0 to 200m3/h, outlet pressure from 0 to 3.0MPa, and viscosity from 0 to 1520cst. Small dimensions, large flow rate, high lift,
strong suction capacity of piston, high efficiency, gas-liquid mixing transfer are outstanding characteristics for this model of
pump.
Main features:
1. With only a length of around 0.010.03mm for the seal line locating between rotor and cylinder wall, it thus has strong
self-priming capacity, its limiting vacuum can reach 99%, and so can replace vacuum pump for siphoning and stripping. The
suction if up to 6m can be completed in 7--8s.
2. Excellent gas-liquid mixing property, can transfer the mixtures with a ratio from 0 to 100.
3. Wide range of application, suitable to transfer media from high to low viscosity, media with different viscosity can be mixed
together in transferring.
4. No vulnerable parts except sealer; the only friction is generated by core and cylinder body, but ultra-low linear speed and
wearing cannot affect pump performance, and thus no need to replace it.
5.Little variation for its suction performance either at low or high speed, little variation for the limit vacuum, can produce pumps
with must NPSH of 0.51.5m.

SRP-A PUMP
Overview
Suitable for transfer of various viscosity media with maximum outlet head of 60m, excellent self-priming capacity and
cavitation performance.
Always used for siphon, stripping, tank cleaning in place of vacuum pump; complete all loadings of train tanker or tank truck by
only one such pump; can also be used for transfer of mixture or media under normal pressure; as the most widely used swing
rotary pump, applicable to transfer of chemical liquid or mixture which are allowed to be equipped with filters such as water,
methyl alcohol, naphtha, lubricants, crude oil, acid, alkali etc
Features
1. liquid temperature ranges from -40C to 80C ,and media viscosity from 0 to 1520cst(mm2/s)
2. Positive pressure should not be higher than 0.2MPa at the suction inlet.
3. Discharge pressure should not be higher than 0.6MPa
4. Adapt with filters of 20 inch size or above

SRP-B PUMP
Overview
Used for transfer of various viscosity media, the maximum outlet delivery head can reach 100m, mainly suitable for applications
that the outlet pressure is higher than SRP-A.
Features
1.Media transfer temperature ranges from -40C to 80C, and medium viscosity from 0 to 1520cst(mm2/s)
2. Can meet normal suction conditions a pump requires for installing; wide applications;

viscosity.

SRP-D ultra-low NPSH
Overview
Suitable for applications that suction inlet is at high vacuum, the must NPSH can reach 0.5m to the minimum, the max. delivery
head can reach 100m, especially suitable for applications that suction pipe is extremely long or that operations under high
vacuum suction conditions. Suitable for various viscosity or corrosive media.
Features
1. Pump must have a low NPSH, about 0.5m1.5m
2. Adapt with retarding device, the rotate speed as 130380rmp;

SRP-E Liquefied gas pump
Overview
Suitable for applications that the media has certain pressure, used for transfer gaseous media or easily-aerofying media like
liquefied petroleum gas, propylene, liquid chlorine, highly reliable.
Features
1. Inlet pressure not higher than 1.6MPa;
2. Attached with gear oil pump, closed circulation fuel supply system, used for lubricating and cooling bearings, and sealing, can
handle high temperature media.
3. Introduce mechanical sealing of metallic bellows from Burgmann, as having removed one moving seal, it has a good seal,
anti-vibration property;
4. Double seal is adopted so as to enhance sealing reliability so that the media will be released into lubricants instead of air
even if there is a leakage.

SRP-Z pump
Overview
Model SRP-Z pump consists of one high-duty centrifugal pump and one swing rotary pump. Suitable for loading of clean cargo
or chemical liquid on rail cars, ships. The max.outlet lift can reach 60m, and the max. flow rate600m3/h; strong self-priming &
cavitation performance, suitable for siphoning, stripping, tank cleaning, transferring in replace of vacuum system. This model of
pump can eliminate the problem of the air lock arising from gasification of clean cargo
Features
1. Safe to use,
no release of flammable gas for this model, the removal of water ring vacuum pump eliminates the risk if careless to let in oil,
gas or other chemicals or out of vacuum pump water tank;
2. energy-saving, cost-effective
In summer, to use vacuum pump for loading gasoline would not only bear loss of more than 150l arising from volatilization, but
also require extra electricity consumption, while the use of SRP-Z has a normal electricity consumption and little volatilization, in
addition the removal of vacuum system and pump house can save a lot of money.
3. Easily handling
The removal of vacuum pump leaves oil unloading operation to model SRP-Z pumps; 2 valves are needed in the pump house,
pumps working in parallel can directly complete unloading, stripping, transferring etc, thus greatly reduces the workload of
workers.
4. Greatly upgrading of anti air lock performance
To make rotary pump and centrifugal pump work in parallel can eliminate the air suction arising from gasification of media so as
to turn centrifugal pump into a normal and smooth function. It still can work even if the temperature rise to 40.
5. Two pumps can be separated; highboy mounted, suitable for motorized unloading.
