Huawei's procurement CEG.

2. Latest registration materials of your company provided by the Administration

for Industry and Commerce: Send one copy or printed copy with the seal

of your company.

Part 1: RFI on Conflict of Interest

Supplier

I. Instructions to this RFI

This RFI is used to investigate how close Huawei employees (both current and former ones)
associate with Huaweis suppliers and how this kind of association will affect the establishment of a
long-term win-win relationship between Huawei and its suppliers. Huawei will build the related
management policies based on the information fed back in this RFI.
Any surveyed party or individual shall answer this RFI according to the facts. The relationship
between Huawei and the supplier will be affected if the supplier:
Refuses to provide the related information;
Fails to finish this RFI and provide the related evidences within the period specified by Huawei;
Provides incomplete or incorrect documents, which results in unavailability of the related
information; or
Provides information that cannot be verified.

II. Definitions
1. Huawei: It refers to Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and
their subsidiaries.
2. Conflict of Interest supplier: A supplier of Huawei will be regarded as an Conflict of Interest
supplier in any of the following situations:
1) Any current Huawei employee is an investor of the supplier;
2) Any current Huawei employee fills a part-time position in the supplier;
3) Any main relative of a current Huawei employee is an investor of the supplier;
4) Any main relative of a current Huawei employee works for the supplier;
5) Any former employee of Huawei becomes an investor of the supplier or works for the supplier
after he/she left Huawei.
3. Main relatives: Main relatives include:
1) Spouse and sons and daughters;
2) Brothers and sisters;
3) Spouse of any of the foresaid persons.
