SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LUIS BERON CATAMCO, JR., of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Phase 2 Block 1 Lot 26 Paraiso Homes, Tumaga, Zamboanga City, Philippines, do hereby
name, appoint and constitute MIKE A. SAHIBUL, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Kallang Drive, Sangali, Zamboanga City, Philippines to be my true and lawful
Attorney-In-Fact for my and in my name, place and stead, for my own benefit and use to do and
perform any of the following acts and things to wit:
1. To get, claim, retrieve and receive the Bail Bond/Cash Bond with Official Receipt No.
5126056 from Office of the Clerk of Court with Regional Trial Court in Zamboanga City,
in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
(P127, 500. 00) PESOS, Philippine currency, in Criminal Case No. 28729 entitled
People of the Philippines versus OMAR BOBOT HASHIM MUSTAFA AND MIKE
SAHIBUL y ABUBAKAR for Illegal Possession of Firearm and Ammunition penalized
under Section 28 (a) in relation to par. E (1) of R.A No. 10591 with Regional Trial Court
Branch 16 and Office of the Clerk of Court Regional trial Court Zamboanga City;
2. To encash the check representing said Bail Bond/Cash Bond with the bank in the
amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P127,
500. 00) PESOS, Philippine currency;
3. To sign, process and facilitate documents pertaining to the above-mentioned transaction
and any other legal documents that may be required;
4. To do all other acts necessary for the attainment and accomplishment of the above-
mentioned transaction;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be
done and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
