MCX Certified Commodity Professional (MCCP)

MCCP is the ideal beginner's programme for pursuing a career in the

Please note. The exchange has mandated that all members
and dealers registered with MCX must clear the MCCP
examination or at least have one person in their office who
has passed the MCCP examination (MCX circular no.
MCX/423/2005). The MCCP Certification has validity for
three years.
Pedagogy
This Test meets the needs and requirements that arise
when learning is taking place outside a traditional
classroom setting. The candidate will be given a
comprehensive study material by the exchange on
registration and payment of fee.
How to obtain an MCCP certificate?
To obtain an MCCP certificate, the candidate must register
with MCX (I) Ltd on-line at www.mcxindia.com, and after
going through the study material, may appear for the MCCP
certification test. On successful completion of the test, the
candidate will be awarded the MCCP certificate. (Please read
'About the Test and FAQ's on our website.)
Fee and registration
`1,500 per participant, plus 14% service tax (Total `1,710/-).
It includes cost of course material, test fee, certification, etc.
The study material will be dispatched only after your
payment is received by the MCX Training and Certification
Cell.
Once the registration process is complete, cheques may be
submitted at MCX, Mumbai. Demand draft/cheque to be
made in favour of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd.,
payable at par, in Mumbai. Cash shall not be accepted.
Terms and conditions
Candidate should send the duly filled registration form with
two passport-size colour photographs along with the
payment to the following address:

Suren Road, Chakala, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400093.
Once registered, the candidate must appear for the online
test within six months. The certificate will be issued within
15 days of successful completion of the test and will be
couriered to the address given in the registration form.
