The measurements within this text and 2D documentation are given both in millimeters and inches
(in brackets). This website is based on ISO measurement unit system, which is the international standard.
I apologize to the people who use other measurement units; but I believe that measurements given in
millimeters and inches should be adequate for everyone who would like to build this project.
Besides that, on todays Internet it is easy to purchase the ruler that contains all the measurement
units and thus overcome the difficulties of any kind.

Use various tools and clamps in process of welding, so you could weld the items together with
accuracy.

1. Flat Bench Subassembly

Use various tools and clamps in process of welding, so you could weld the items together with
accuracy.

1. Weld the Cover 50x50mm (item 13) to the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Lenght 400,00mm
(item 5). Make two of these subassemblies.

2. Weld the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Length 365,36mm (item 1) to the assembly made in the
previous step.

3. Weld the Square Tubing 50x50x4 Cut Length 190,42mm (item 2) to the subassembly made in
the previous step, but first chamfer the edges that needs to be weld.

in step 3 and 4, but first chamfer the edges that needs to be weld.

6. Weld the Sheet Support (item 8) and Triangle Support (item 9) together. Make six of these
subassemblies.

7. Weld this six subassemblies made in previous step to the subassembly made in step 5.

8. Fasten the Sheet (item 7) on the subassembly made in the previous step using fasteners: Slotted
Pan Head Screw M5x30 (item 10), Spring Lock Washer (item 11) and Hexagon Nut M5 (item 12).

9. Weld the Round Tubing D25,4x3,2mm Cut Lenght 300,00mm (item 6) to the assembly made in
the previous step.
