3 RRU/Antenna/Power Cable/Optic Cable Kitting

Each RRU/Antenna kitting done with jumpers and double labels:connector relialibity and
3.01
waterproofing is well done, marked by the same plastic label & color tape both end of jumper.
Observe,take photos Major Pass
Each RRU power cable kitting done well: connectors/labels/color marks/connector

Observe,take photos Minor Pass
4 Installation of Cabinet, Battery BBU and DCPD6
4.01 Ancient cabinet should be dismantled with intactness as per TSSR(if needed). Observe, take photos Minor Pass
4.02 Base of cabinet shall be installed firmly in position as per related TSSR(if needed). Observe, take photos Major Pass
4.03 Power supply cabinet and batteries shall be installed firmly in position as per related TSSR. Observe, take photos Major Pass
4.04 Temperature sonsor should be laid and battery capacity should be set as per related specs. Observe, take photos Major Pass
4.05 The cabinet should be grounded reliably to separate point on the nearest grounding bus bar. Observe, take photos Minor Pass
4.06 BBU,DCPD6 shall be installed firmly in position and grounded to the busbar in the cabinet. Observe, take photos Major Pass
A whole cable(PGND,DC/AC) segment with good insulation layer should be used. The extra
4.07 cable(PGND,DC/AC) should be smoothly cut off rather than coiled. Observe, take photos Major Pass
The cables (DC/AC,PGND and fiber) should be laid by classification and neatly ,enter cabinet
4.08 Observe,take photos Minor Pass
as the holes plan in the guide book.all cable-through holes and tube ends are sealed reliably.
The size of the copper lugs/cable shoes should match the cable(DC/AC cables, PGND
4.09
cables etc.).The powers polarity is correct.
Observe,take photos Major Pass
The DC output cable on the DCPD6 should be crimped into suitable I lugs terminal by a
4.10
crimping plier and inserted reliably to the assigned port of the DCPD by a minus screwdriver.
Observe,take photos Minor Pass

4.11 Cable ladder should be installed reliably and grounded as per TSSR. Observe, take photos Minor Pass
4.12 Outdoor cables should be laid with GI flexible pipe on BTS pad and fixed with clamps. Observe, take photos Minor Pass
5 Installation of antenna and RRU
Antenna with its RCU should be mounted firmly as per drawing and engineering
5.01
specification. all nut-bolts, spring and plane washers can not be loose or missing(if needed).
Observe,take photos Major Pass
Main and diversity antenna per sector should correspond to proper jumper and AISG cable
5.02 Observe,take photos Critical Pass
with clear lebels. The fiber or DC cable connection corresponds to the sector accordingly.
The bracket of RRU and RRU per sector on the tower mounted reliably and fully with flat
5.03 Observe,take photos Major Pass
washer, spring washer and twin nuts orderly according to TSSR.
The fiber and DC cable should be installed correctly in the maintenance box of RRU,DC
5.04
cable's shielding layer should be grounded, the box cover should be fastened reliably.
Observe,take photos Major Pass
RRU should be grounded reliably to nearest busbar,DC cable of RRU is grounded to to
5.05 busbar near the bottom of tower.grounding points on the busbar should be covered with Observe, take photos Major Pass
greases.
Both end of jumper, connector of RCU and clip of DC grounding cable should be wrapped
5.06
tightly with insulating tape and waterproof tape as per related specs(1+3+3).
Observe,take photos Major Pass
The jumper keeps more than 300mm straight from the joint between the jumper and antenna
5.07
or RRU firstly, then the jumper can be bended and tied.
Observe,take photos Minor Pass
The optical fiber, RRU power cables on the ladder shall be fixed evenly and reliably in the
5.08
same direction without crossing.
Observe,take photos Minor Pass
The jumper or fiber bending radius is not smaller than 20 times itself.Extra optical fiber
5.09 Observe,take photos Minor Pass
should be coiled properly and placed in position.
6 Labels, assembly, security operation regulations and site neatness
6.01 Cables in the cabinet should be labeled with printed paper tags 50 mm away from the end. Observe, take photos Minor Pass
Outdoor jumper/DC/fiber must be marked by proper plastic label and color tape 200 mm
6.02
away from the end.outdoor grounding cable is only marked by plastic label both ends.
Observe,take photos Minor Pass
The white cable ties are used in the cabinet and cut flat at the end. The black cable ties are
6.03
used outdoors and cut flat at the end with 3~5mm surplus length.
Observe,take photos Minor Pass

6.04 The accessories like antistatic wrist strap, dummy panels are installed completely. Observe, take photos Minor Pass
6.05 The operators must obey strictly the customer's regulations and privacy laws. Observe, take photos Major Pass
6.06 Multiple security measures are taken to ensure person and equipment safty. Observe, take photos Major Pass
6.07 Site is cleaned including cabinet(no sundries,no waste,no dust in the cabinet,etc.). Observe, take photos Minor Pass
Notes:1.Subcon team leader should conduct self check 100% via "site manager" apk under the supervision of ZTE site engineer.
2.ZTE site engineer should conduct self check via "site manager" apk if the team leader doesn't finish self check timely.
3.Quality self check list and specified photos should be uploaded to EPMS in 3 days after the site is "On Air".
