Diagnosis : 1. Subcutaneous soft tissue tumour

Thank you for seeing this patient. A 64 years old Malay man, presented with swelling over left
elbow for more than 5 years. Initially started with 20 cents size then rapidly increased in size for
5-6 months into a tennis ball size. It is painless and localised. Otherwise, no constituitonal
symptoms, no history of PTB contact or prolonged cough, no family history of malignancy.

USG left elbow was done on 22/1/17 showing exophytic subcutaneous heterogenous solid lesion
with calcification at the posterior aspect of left elbow, differential is liposarcoma.

Then, proceed with MRI on 23/2/2017. Finding suggestive of subcutaneous soft tissue tumour
with differential includes liposarcoma or fibrosarcoma.

Hyperpigmentation over the tip
Non tender
Multiloculated firm
Non pulsatile
ROM 0-180

X-ray elbow periosteal reaction over left olecranon

Case was referred to Dr. Salleh (Mo Onco Ortho HSIJB). Case and progress noted. TCA clinic on
21 Mac 2017.
