NTCs Attribute and Tier list

Basically, the attribute list is to show the characters that, at minimum, or that can be
used in a tier. Example: Debater A uses a Island tier character in a country tier debate.

Every tier will be treated as a main group, that will hold sub-tiers that fall within the main
tier. In order to clear up discrepancies or confusion, to debate a specific tier please be
clear on what you and your opponent are agreeing on. If you state street, the sub-tiers
within it can be used. If you choose "Peak human", than that's the tier you and your
opponent must choose characters based on.

AT NO TIME ARE TIER STIPS TO BE SWAPPED OUT! The attribute list is a means of
making debaters be more specific on the tier they choose, and the characters that can be
used at minimum or maximum in a tier.

ATTENTION DBT:
Here is your official drafting guidelines with newly defined tiering.
Street Tier -
-Street tiers should be these mortal guys who have nothing but Gadget's, equipment &
their wits to fight.
These characters have no superpowers of their own , but are able to make due with what
they have, may it be training or simply technology.
-Martial Arts master, Swordsman, Marksman/archers
-Plethora's of gadgets
- Peak Human only - No regeneration- No Supernatural powers- No Superpowers- Peak
human speed.

Enhanced Tier -
-The enhanced tier is where we find our metahumans & these guys who have been
bio-engineered for greatness or simply that have been mystically enhanced to fight - they
are usually your common Super-soldiers.

-Martial Arts master, Swordsman, Marksman/archers, Bio-engineered humans, Mystical


enhancement, Super-soldiers, Weapon program, Meta Humans, Certain Cyborgs

- Superhuman abilities ( durability // speed // strength // stamina ) - some Supernatural


powers- some Superpowers- Superhuman speed ( Users can move much faster than the
average member of their species - No faster then 200mph)

- inorganic matter manipulation and soul tracking starts here

Building Tier -(Empire State Building)
-Superhumans,Superpowers,Supernatural abilities are now introduced. Ability to destroy
a building

-Ability to survive building destruction with some visible harm // damage. *Speed cannot
surpass Supersonic speeds up to mach 5

- Magic users needs to be limited in affecting object the size or smaller then a building.

- Defensive magic should be able to withstand damage equivalent to power output


required to destroy a building but with observable damage to the magical shield.

-Time manipulation is restricted to 5 seconds

- Psionic ability that should be limited to & not exceed affecting a building.

City Block Tier-
-Superhumans, Superpowers, Supernatural abilities; Ability to destroy a City block
(multiple blows (low city block) // 1 fell swoop (high city block)

-Ability to survive the destruction of a city with injury (multiple blows (low city block) // 1
fell swoop (high city)

-Speed cannot surpass lightning cap.

- Magical ability should not surpass an affected area larger than a city block

- Defensive magical ability should be able to withstand City block level attacks with
visible damage to the shield.

- Psionic ability should not surpass an affected area larger than a city block.

-Time manipulation restricted to 5 seconds and can only have a max range of building
level

-Psionic ability that affect molecular // cellular // Atomic composition isn't allowed.

City tier
-Superhumans, Superpowers, Supernatural abilities; Ability to destroy a City (multiple
blows (low city) // 1 fell swoop (high city)

-Ability to survive the destruction of a city with injury (multiple blows (low city) // 1 fell
swoop (high city)

-speed cannot surpass speed of lightning return stroke, which is 1/3rd speed of light
(224,000,000 Mph - sub relativistic+)

- Magical ability should not surpass an affected area larger then a city.

- Defensive magical ability should be able to withstand City level attacks with visible
damage to the shield.

- Psionic ability should not surpass an affected area larger than a city.

- Varied affects on a characters soul starts but is limited here i.e. Reading a characters
abilities or information via soul.

- Time manipulation restricted to city block in size

-Speed cannot surpass 75% speed of light (224,844,344 m/s - relativistic


Sub Relativistic Speeds (75 SoL) or 224,844,344 meters per second or 505,000,000 MPH

-Ability to survive the destruction of a island with injury (multiple blows (low island) // 1
fell swoop (high island)) this also applies to Giant robots and Giant Monsters/Kaiju

- High level magic

- High level TK & TP

- Affecting a characters soul physically starts here

-cellular and bacterial manipulation starts here


- Time manipulation restricted to city level in size

blows (low star system) // 1 fell swoop (high star system)

-Speed - MFTL ( Massively faster then light )

-Ability to destroy a cluster of planet or a solar system.

- the start of reality manipulation power & manipulation of quantum physics.

Galaxy -
These are the guys who operate on the cosmic level of things...your singularity
generators or simply that guy that can nuke a Galaxy.
This home to your Cosmic Entity -- your herald -- the guys that constantly fight in space
and/or compress galaxies & use them as weapons.
There isn't much that needs to be said about this category other then:
- No speed limit* Hax of hax ability* Power to destroy a Galaxy* Can survive Damage
outputs equivalent to destroying a galaxy with some form of visible harm // damage.
Powers of the cosmos // Cosmic powers // Uni-powers ect // Some characters amped by
some form of powers , example : Power Gem.

Universal -
These are the bad ass characters who are universal threads in their own rightful way.
Usually your Big Boss Bad Ass that has powers that only one can dream of.
You are looking at your Overpowers classification of characters here.
Not much more then : Threat for the universe can be use here to limit this classification.
