This deed is made and executed in the Municipality of Cabagan,

the VENDOR

called the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH

That the vendor is the owner of a parcel of land by virtue of Tax

describe as follows;

That for and in consideration of the sum

a manner absolute and irrevocable in favor of the said VENDEE, his heirs and

just or unjust claims of any person or entity whomsoever.

That the VENDOR does hereby warrant valid title to, and peaceful possession
of the above described properties, free from all lien and encumbrances herein
sold and conveyed.
