HEALTH

The respondent said that there are medical missions sponsored by HEDCOR every summer, fiestas and
gives free medicines especially to the kids.

EDUCATION

Yes but only selected in high school and college level only. The students undergo screening to see if the
student is really deserving.

LIVELIHOOD

No livelihood activities, but the company hires contractual employees mostly from the residents of Brgy.
Bineng and they will undergo training, but now it requires high educational attainment.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Sponsor the maintenance of the dam and buildings are mostly sponsored by the government.

CULTURE PRESERVATION

HEDCOR also participates in the barangay fiesta. Their boss usually visits and participate.

to health, government is the one who is sponsoring. And usually the company helps mostly the
indigenous people.

The respondent said that she is not aware, but they help the resident when it comes to job finding.

The company repair roads within the barangay, and constructed the road that goes directly to the
companys plant.

The company participates in fiestas. They give prices in contests for kids.

2. The relationship the company and the barangay is good and hoping to be continuous as time goes by,
and the relationship between the barangay and the Municipal Government should is good depends on
how active the officials are in helping one another.

HEALTH

There is a medical mission being sponsored by the company. Usually every barangay fiesta in the mnth
of April. But 2 years ago until now, the medical mission has been stopped. They give free medicine to
children and sponsor free circumcision. They also give free medicine supply to the barangay clinic.

EDUCATION

The respondent said that the company sponsor scholarship and the respondents child is also a scholar
of the Company. But not aware of the rules and processes of being a scholar.

LIVELIHOOD

The respondent is not aware of the trainings and seminars sponsored by the Company.

The company helps in the sponsorship in the construction of roads in the barangay also they helped in
the maintenance of canals in barangay Bineng.

The respondent said that the company sponsor medical mission yearly especially every Barangay fiesta.
They also give free medicine and free dental services and check up.

The respondent said that the company sponsor scholarships, they sponsor those students who are
deserving.

LIVELIHOOD

The company provides jobs for the jobless residents of barangay Bineng. With salary that are fair
enough for those provided with jobs.

INFRASTRUCTURE

They sponsor the construction of roads and canals in the barangay.

The company participates in the barangay fiesta and respects the Cordilleran culture.

The company participate in tree planting activities, they also bought coffee beans in order for them to
use for planting not only in the barangay but also in other places. They also buy from the residents scrap
metals and plastics in an estimate amount of Php 8.00 per kilo
