RESPONSIBILITIES

construction of Oil & Gas EPC projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS SAFETY INSPECTOR:-

JOB RESBONSIBILITIES AS A PIPING SUPERVISOR:

piping, fit-ups, flange joint bolt tightening inspection, line-check, hydro test, document
review & submission of QC dossier to Client etc,.
Make sure that activities should be done in accordance with standard codes of practice,
drawings, applicable job specifications, Quality control procedures (QCP), and Inspection
and Test plan (ITP) at the job site.
Review of piping isometrics (ISO) drawing, support drawing and P&ID.
Visual inspections carried for inward material received at stores or yards (for Physical
Damages), correlating heat no, lot no etc. with MTCs.
Verify and inspects the fittings, gaskets, valves and flanges, as per specification and bill
of materials.
Verify alignment of piping connections, fit-up inspection etc.,
Witnessing of Flange joint assembly and bolt tightening inspection.
Preparing Fit-up, flange joint bolt tightening inspection reports.
Line check prior to hydro test, to verify the entire work in the test limits has
been completed as per isometric and project quality control procedures/specifications/s
tandars.
Review and approval of test packages.
Witnessing Hydrostatic test and Pneumatic test of the piping system.
Making a re-instatement punch list and clearing the items.
Preparing and maintaining various QA/QC documents.
Coordinated with Client Inspectors and Sub-Contractor inspectors.
Co-ordination with the various departments for obtaining good quality work as per
applicable specifications without interruption.

Familiar about different welding methods (SMAW,FCAW,SAW).dimension as per

isometric and P & ID.

Performed inspection of fit-up and dimension as per isometric and P&ID.
