In this position, I was responsible for learning support students in 2nd through 4th
grade. I worked as a co-teacher with both grade level regular education teachers to
develop and deliver instruction. I was responsible for developing IEPs, creating
accommodations, adapting assessments and assignments, and progress monitoring in
reading fluency, reading comprehension, and math fluency. I also participated in after
school tutoring.

In this position, I was responsible for students' kindergarten to grade 5 during summer
recess. Instruction was constructed on many STEM/STEAM based projects. I was

communicate the classroom plans to the teachers aide.
