Executive Board Meeting

Called to Order at 6:05 p.m. by Julie McCrimmon in the SRHS Community Room

Booster business cards for Main Booster still in the works (open)
Senior Portrait Reward Program, Grads and SRHS Photography discussed (closed)
SRHS Athletes of the Month Banner program, Administration would like to implement

Treasurer Report
Current balance of account $6677.21, provide by Russ
Discussed the need to collect donations for the senior breakfast, Jeri suggested checking
with Wildflower, Einstein, and Panera Bread
Estimated $2500 for scholarships and $2500 for senior breakfast, the need for additional
Frys Reward memberships is needed

New Business
Discussed Administrator updating the Main Booster webpage to include new coaches,
booster members, and reformatting the By-Laws.
Board discussed the concerns and questions in regards to the members, Dysart
employees, voting, and non-voting members roles.

Treasurer report shared $6677.21 balance in the account, $5000 will be used for Senior
breakfast that is already obligated

Julie informed everyone to continue pushing the Frys Rewards program (ongoing)
o Mr. Hawkins mentioned sending out an email blast and updating the school
website as soon as updates and new changes has been implemented

Administration Report Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Kuffel

Administration presented a power point presentation to discuss various topics and the sub
boosters integral role
Several topics discussed
o Tax credit, Activity Pass, Participation Fees, Equipment, AIA Bylaws, Referee
fees, Auxiliary Fund, Student Funds, Gifts/ donations, and Club and Booster role
o Power point will be added to the website

Presidents Report / Open Discussion

Sub boosters were given the opportunity to ask questions and address concerns to
Administration about participation fees and funding
