Executive Board Meeting

Call to order at 6:00 p.m. by Julie McCrimmon in the SRHS Community Room

Board Members in Attendance Julie McCrimmon, Jeri Metcalf, Russ Rosenthal, and Kimberly
Branche

Absent Board Members Stephanie Neveu

Treasurer Report Account began at $8,111.75, check in the amount of $350 was paid for
District Heroes program, ending balance $7,761.75
Treasurer shared yearly expenses and student supported programs (graduation breakfast,
scholarship program, teachers breakfast end and beginning SY)

New Business
Nominations for New Board Members to take place at the Main Booster Meeting
Russ Rosenthal mentioned that he would not return to the role of Treasurer but would
like to continue supporting the school, provide transition assistance to new Treasurer, and
helping with Senior Breakfast

One scholarship application was received for the SY 16-17
o Informed Sub Boosters to share the opportunity with students and families
o Deadline April 14, 5 scholarship in the amount of $500

May holding elections
o Executive Board nominations
Julie McCrimmon made a motion to nominated Jeri Metcalf for Vice
President, seconded by Russ Rosenthal
Jeri Metcalf made a motion to nominated Julie McCrimmon for President
seconded by Russ Rosenthal
Russ Rosenthal made a motion to nominated Kimberly Branche for
Secretary/Admin, seconded by Coach Frazer
