2. TG-4 centrifuge level switch servicing
3. Provision of TG-4 ESV close and intermediate position display in HMI. Close
Green, Intermediate Grey, Open - Red
4. TG-1 & 3 AC, DC JOP auto start logic during turbine tripping condition was
established.
5. Aux. Hotwell tank new level tx provision given TG common System.

May, 2016
6. TG#2 Main Steam temp thermocouple replaced.
7. DMP - Over head Tank Level Switch micro switch replaced.
8. DMP - New Line pH after morpholene dosing Tx. faulty Cable was replaced.

June, 2016
9. TG#2 Intermediate JB provision for Rectifier winding temp given.
10. TG#2 Gen front RTD, thrust pad RTD replaced.
11. TG#2 jacking oil, cooler o/l temp, Gen rear lub oil press gauge replaced.
12. TG#3 accumulator Press. Gauge replaced.
13. DM plant AMT-1 ultrasonic level transmitter replaced.
14. DM plant str-4 OS failure rectified.

July, 2016
15. Dump and Vent controllers output command value was given in Boiler Honeywell
DCS for monitoring purpose. Necessary cable laying, logic modification at Common
system Honeywell DCS, Boiler Honeywell DCA and Refinery Honeywell DCS was
done. Necessary HMI modification at E-server was done.
16. DM plant ACF-3 VA-1 relay replaced with new one.
17. DM water to Boiler #1,2,3 4 and 5 flow trend configured in HMI.
18. DM plant stream 1 and 2 Degasser blowers operation given in manual mode.
19. SBA-3 VA1 solenoid replaced and power supply was relocated.
20. CT-3B TACW P7 and V7 commissioning done for TG #5.
21. TG #1 LP valve feedback link magnet replaced with new one.
22. TG #4 OS-2 motherboard replaced with new one.

August, 2016
23. TG Common Dump Recirculation C/V Valve Servicing, Metal Gasket replacement
and calibration done.
24. Boiler #2 De-aerator Steam charging C/V Valve servicing and calibration.
25. Boiler #2 De-aerator Steam charging Pressure Gauge & Transmitter calibration.
26. Boiler #4 - Make Up Water Tank Level C/V calibration
27. DM Plant - Morpholene Dosing Tank -1 Level Switch provision given in Str-1 & 2
DCS.
28. TG #3 - LP valve position feedback damaged cable replacement and rerouting.
29. TG #1 A current splitter installed in VMS system for simultaneous speed display in
DCS and Local Speed Indicator.
September, 2016
30. DMP - Auto operation of Charge-1 & Charge-2 for MHL-3, 4 & MAK-3, 4 was
provided.
31. DMP BAT-4 Old Level Transmitter was replaced.
32. Old MWT Conductivity Transmitter Impulse Line modification for ease of
maintenance.
33. DMP - New provision of Isolation Valve in Instrument Air Line for MHL-3, 4 &
MAK-3, 4. Damaged pipe was replaced.
34. DMP New Trend configuration for DM Water flow to Boiler #4, 5 done.
35. DMP - New provision of Total DM Water flow to Boiler with alarm & trend
configuration was done.

October, 2016
36. Cooling water Tower-3 level transmitter calibrated and floats adjustment done.
37. DMP MB-3 VA2 valve relay replaced with new one.
38. TG common system Honeywell DCS AO FTA card replaced with new one.

November, 2016
39. Battery-F RC line flowmeter sensor erection done.
40. Battery-E, Ph-3 RC line flowmeter sensor erection done.

December, 2016
41. Boiler Common System - Phase 1, Phase-2, Phase-4, Battery-A, Battery-I RC line
flow meter erection jobs.
42. DM Plant - HMI software Installed in a New PC for Stream 3 Operating Station and
put into network for operation.

January, 2017
43. TG #3 Turbine front and rear RTDs replaced and turbine front speed probe replaced.
44. Bat-A,E,F, Ph-1,2,3 and 4 RC Flow meter transmitter mounting and cable laying
done.

February, 2017
45. DM plant Stream-4 OS formatted, PLC application installed and made ready.
46. DM plant BAT-3 level transmitter replaced with new one.
47. TG #1 generator cooler outlet temperature gauge replaced with new one.

March, 2017
48. DM plant Transfer pumps-4, 5 and 6 current indications given in Stream-1 and 2 PLC.
Necessary logic and HMI modifications done.
49. DM plant ACF inlet common header isolation valve replaced.
50. DM plant SBA-3 conductivity transmitter replaced.
51. DM plant new line PH isolation valve replaced.
52. TG-4 LOP control logic modified as per operation requirement. Auto start provision
given for control oil pressure below 7 bar.
