management will be done exclusively via distribution cabinets (ROJO).
Powering of ROJO 3 is provided from SS 2 Progon.
Distribution cabinets are designed as self standing cabinets, placed on standard
concrete foundations, with the mechanical protection degree IP65. Distribution cabinets of public lighting are powered by a cable type PP00-A with cross-
section 4x25mm; 0,6/1 kV (JO N).
Designed distribution cabinets (ROJO) are placed next to plateau of substation in a
suitable place in the terrain green area of the roads. Public lighting poles are powered by a cable type PP00-A with cross-section 4x16mm,

Locations of the distribution cabinets are accurately determined by road chainage:

8. PROTECTION AGAINST DANGEROUS TOUCH VOLTAGES
ELECTRIC SHOCK

Considering that, in the 1kV power network, in the case of metal poles for public lighting
luminaires, all the necessary conditions are fulfilled, TN-C-S system of protection against
electric shock, or excessive voltage, is applied.

For public lighting distribution cabinets, except for applied system of protection,
additional protective measures are planned: potential shaping - the grounding ring (potential
barrier) and protective insulation (distribution cabinet is made of electrically insulating material).

By calculation checking has been shown that the designed protection system satisfies.

9. CABLE CONDUITS

Public lighting poles are in the technical documentation marked by a series of natural
numbers along the route.

Labeling on site must be synchronized with the demands of the Investor after the
completion of the whole section.

Poles marking on site should be in black paint with possible corrections expressed
through the as-built design.

1. PHOTOMETRIC CALCULATION This calculation was carried out according to the CIE 140 "Road lighting

one emergency lane 2.5m wide. Taking into account the data on the profile of the highway, in order to achieve

For the top layer of highway the polymer asphalt is provided, which corresponds, in
characteristics, to the reflection class RIII. - Carriageway width: 10,70m,

the end of arm or pole is 0,5m,
According to CIE 115 these requirements are:
- tilt is 5 to the plane of carriageway

- Minimum average luminance: Lav = 2 cd/m
Luminaires and bulbs:
- Minimum overall uniformity of luminance: Uo = 0,4 (40%)
- Maximum threshold increment: TI = 10% - Luminaire with mechanical protection degree of IP66,
- Minimum longitudinal uniformity of luminance: UI = 0,7 (70%) Light sources (bulbs):

Quality criteria defined by recommendations are based on the concept of
brightness, which is only light-technical measure that human eye perceives
immediately. Brightness is a measure of the light impression, and depends on three
relevant factors:

the amount of light that falls on carriageway,

observer position and
reflection characteristics of the road surface.
