- Traditio longa manu means delivery with the long hand which is an act of delivery

example the purchaser bought an appliance at the appliance store, the vendor will

- Traditio brevi manu means delivery with the short hand refers to the act of a

For example I leased a DVD at an entertainment shop which I have the possession of
the thing but I do not have ownership over it. But if the lease contains an option to
buy I then could become a purchaser. In essence the DVD is delivered with the short
hand since I already have the DVD in possession.

- The change in intention of one having the right over the possession of real or
personal property where the original owner of the property remains in control but
transfers the legal possession to another.
- (d) Quasi-traditio?
- A term used to designate that a person is in the use of the property of another. Also
signifies the act by which the right of property is transferred to a person who is in
possession of it. For example I loaned a car to A, and deliver it to him. Afterwards I
sell him the car, it is not necessary that he should return the car to me to be delivered
again to him.

- Delivery for me is an act of transporting or handing over the right of ownership over
the object to the buyer.

- Is a person or a party that serves a purpose where goods are delivered to them for
repair without transfer of ownership.

- Is an act that arises where the buyer has an unpaid balance to the vendor. And when
the buyer who has become bankrupt or has no ability to pay anymore.
6. What is meant by Warranty in your own words.
- It is a guarantee by the vendor that whatever happens to the product he sold to the
vendee within a specified period of time the vendor would repair or replace the thing.
7. What is meant by Caveat venditor?
- Is a term which means Let the seller beware. A warning or reminder to the sellers
that they will be held liable to whatever defects or in any way that vary from the
specification of the thing. Unless the seller expressly stated a disclaimer.

- A promise to a purchaser. Promising to repair or replace the defects of an object if necessary
within a specified period of time.

- Caveat Venditor is a Latin term which means let the seller beware. The person selling goods
is accountable for providing information about the goods to the seller. This forces the seller to
take responsibility for the product and discourages sellers from selling products of
unreasonable quality.
