Pre-opening Did pre-opening for two hotels consecutively after opening Holiday Inn
Mumbai was transferred to open Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini. Right from setting up of
the complete policies and procedures as per the brand standards and along with the
General Manager hiring of team from Ex-com, HODs and others in specific time frame.
Talent Management Was able to retain talent by identifying high potential team
members based on their last performance rating, ability, potential and engagement and

assisting them prepare their career growth plan. Use to review and provide support with
the help of the Head of the departments.

Participation of the team in decision making Always involved the team in decision
making process to make them feel them engaged and that they own the decision and
become a part of the successful team.
Learning and Development Weekly sessions conducted by self with the support of L & D
Manager to keep the learning process always on going. Even the HODs were encouraged to
deliver sessions to others to enhance the knowledge and skills. Conducting audits on the
shop floor to understand the gaps and design our training programs accordingly.
Organization Vision and Values It is important for each and every team member to
understand the vision and values of the orgnisation. Where do we want to reach and how
are we going to reach to our goal. I all the team members adapt to the values set by the
organization it become easy to reach to our goals and celebrate our success together.

Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Scheme, Contract Labour and other statutory
