ACHIEVEMENTS

Pre-opening Did pre-opening for two hotels consecutively after opening Holiday Inn
Mumbai was transferred to open Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini. Right from setting up of
the complete policies and procedures as per the brand standards and along with the
General Manager hiring of team from Ex-com, HODs and others in specific time frame.

Budgeting and Forecasting As a Human Resource Business partner was actively


involved in budgeting and forecasting exercise of the hotel. Looking at the business trends
was more focused on managing cost. In terms of payroll cost the hiring was done on the
basis of business needs, was able to save 10.5 lacs per year in cafeteria food cost without
compromising on quality and achieved higher satisfaction level.

Talent Management Was able to retain talent by identifying high potential team
members based on their last performance rating, ability, potential and engagement and
