We are pleased to offer you the position of Welding Supervisor here at Bunduq Company limited. This offer is effective
from Monday, August 20, 2017 at which date you are expected to resume here.

This offer is subject to a 3 years renewable contract period. However this offer is contingent upon providing evidence
of your credentials.

You are required to confirm your acceptance of this offer by returning a signed copy of the terms and conditions letter
to our Human Resource Department within three (3) days of the receipt of this offer. You are also required to provide
photocopies of your credentials and certificates.

This EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT is made between

A. Bunduq Company Limited, a company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates whose address is #13, AL Firdous
Tower, Al Salam Street , P O Box 46015, Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the Employer or the Company,
which expression shall include its successors-in-title and assigns);

AND
Ravikumar Singh ( Hereinafter referred to as the Employee).

TERMS & CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

REMUNERATION: (a). Your remuneration will be paid at the rate of $ 8,500.00 (Eight thousand five hundred US
Dollars Only) per month (net). Salary is reviewed every twelve months and can be transferred to
any bank designated by you and this must be in conformity with the present tax situation of the
country.

(b.). One month salary shall be paid in advance before Employee embarks on journey to assume
duty. This is to enable employee settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will
be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. This is paid as soon as Employee
processes the relevant resident/work permit documents and submits same to the Human
Resource Department for verification.

(c). Employee is entitled to the following annual allowances: Hazard/Inconveniences:$


5,160.00, Car Maintenance: $ 1,089.00, House & Furnishings: $ 9,980.00, Entertainment &
Recreation: $ 1,575.00. Employer will provide Employee and his immediate family with
comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered
during the term of contract for employee's family. Employer will cater for the education of a
maximum of 3 children of employee.

(d). Housing Loan: 1-year service to Bunduq Company Limited is required for eligibility. Starter's
amount will be $ 48,971.00. This can be re-paid within 10 years with 0% interest.
* Car Loan: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter's amount will be $ 19,045.00. This can be
re-paid within 5 years with 0% interest.

(E). All Employees are expected to reside at the company's staff estate. We have apartments
to accommodate both single and married employees. Transportation shall be provided by
Employer at all times. Employee will be provided with one land line and one mobile
telephone. Full Internet access is also made available. Recreational/Sports facilities are also
accessibleto all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning
services are Provided by the hotel's laundry and dry cleaning unit.

HOLIDAYS, LEAVE & SICK NOTICE: he Company recognizes all gazetted holidays, thus Employee is entitled to 2 months paid
leave annually, which can be taken for not more than 1 month at a time and at least 12 weeks
apart. Employee will receive $ 5,880.00 take home or each leave period. For each Inter-
continental trip, $ 3,520.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance shall be paid to employee.
However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition
to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated.

Where the Employee's absence from work is due to ill health or injury, the Employee must
notify his line Superior in advance where practicable or within four (4) hours of the first day
of such absence from work or as soon thereafter as is practicable and shall give the reason(s)
for and expected duration of his absence. You are require to produce without demand a
medical certificates in all cases where you are absent from work for medical reasons.
Unauthorized absence from work shall render the employee liable to the offences and disciplinary
action Guide as set out in the manual.
CONFIDENTIALITY: You shall protect and not disclose all/any confidential information or client information entrusted
to you or to which you are exposed. This applies even after termination of the employment
relationship.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (a). You shall be expected to work with a team of prime and experienced constructions personnel with
the mandate to provide excellent services. On your arrival you will undergo 14 days training. During
this period, you shall be instructed and familiarized with your job duties and task, also related
functions along with various industry specific information.

(B). The work Location will be within the metropolis of Bunduq Company Limited or as directed by the
designated authority. Your work schedule will be 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week on a rotation basis (where
applicable). Further details, including job description will be included in the hard copy that will be sent
to you prior to your resumption. You are to report immediately to the HR Manager upon arrival to
conclude prospects of screening and other logistics.

SAFETY & SECURITY Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and facilities on job locations and communities are no
small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure hitch free operations. All operations on job
location are designed to adhere strictly to Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies as applicable in
the Oil and Gas sector. All expatriates are entitled to free and mandatory safety courses on job
locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The HR Policies and Procedures Manual (the Manual) contains more definitive terms and conditions
applicable to the Employee's employment with the Company and this Contract shall be deemed an
abridged version of those terms and to incorporate by reference herein the provisions contained in the
Manual as though specifically set forth herein seriatim. In the event of conflict between this Contract
and the Manual, the Manual shall prevail. The Employer reserves the right to vary the manual as and
when necessary in light of changes of circumstances, law or business practice. The Employer will give to
the Employee as much prior written notice as is practicable regarding variations. For avoidance of
doubt, it shall be the Employee's sole responsibility to keep abreast of the contents contained in the
manual and any change thereto.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: Employee is entitled to end of service pay as provided for in the UAE Labor Law. Notice of termination of
employment will be three (3) months' notice in writing or three (3) Month's salary in lieu of notice from
either party. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the company shall be entitled to terminate your
employment without notice, indemnities and compensation in any of the following events.
I) If you have been found to have committed a serious breach or continual material breach of any of
your duties or obligations.
ii) If you are found to have made illegal monetary profit or received any gratuities or other rewards,
in cash or in kind, out of any of the company's affairs or any of its subsidiaries or related companies.

EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES: Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or expenses
made during travel plans, processing of travel particulars etc will be substantiated with receipts and
Employer will re-imburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after travel documents are
issued and submission of Employee's expense report/receipts as proof of such expenses. Employer
agrees to reimburse fully all travel costs and expenses made by Employee, after .

It is our policy that our employees must pay for their visa/work permit processing fees, as proof of the
readiness to join our team. They have to contact Ethihad Travel Agency to obtain these documents. The
agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to
Employees upon presentation of expense reports and receipts of expenses. Employer shall also take
care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family, only on employees' early
notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA: Employee is requested to contact the below office for the processing of valid UAE Work/Residence
Permit and visa and then should forward it to the HR of Bunduq Company Limited for verification and
authentication. All and any expense incurred during this process shall be refunded to the candidate
after 3 working days of concluding all Immigration arrangement.

BUSINESS VENTURES & PRIVATE INTEREST: The employee will not engage in or conduct any other business venture of any nature, unless such
activity or venture has been agreed to by the company before hand in writing and after full disclosure
of the nature thereof to the company.

Without limiting the aforementioned, the employee agrees that any outside activity which conflicts or
competes with the business or interest of the company and/or any outside activity which is similar to
employee's work contribution and work exposure in the company is specifically precluded.

GOVERNING LAW: This letter of appointment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of UAE. Please
confirm your acceptance of the above terms and conditions by signing and returning to us this
document to our office within Three (3) days from the date of this Letter.
