    The phased array inspection preliminary report summarizes the inspection of the seam C-1 weld of Vessel 202. Manual contact scanning was performed on 23.2 meters of the weld, except for 2 meters that were not accessible. Five linear indications were found and recorded, ranging from 25 to 250 mm in length, 25 to 27 mm in depth, and less than 5 mm in through-wall height. No other recordable indications were observed on the weld.

    Due to support welded over the seam, 1 meter length on 0 degree & 180 degree each
    was not accessible for scanning.

    No recordable indication observed for seam C-1.
