PM's National Laptop Scheme Phase IV as per the table below:

Minimum CGPA is 2.88 for Undergraduate

There is no CGPA for MS/MPhil & PhD.
Students have to submit the following to the Admission Office:
o 02 copies of Transcript
o 02 copies of CNIC
o 02 copies of University Card
o 01 Snap
Once your application has been successfully submitted, you will have to
wait for the decision of the Higher Education Commission. No one can
confirm whether you will get the laptop or not. This decision of the HEC
will be announced and published properly.

Note:
The following will NOT be eligible for laptops under this scheme:
1. Students who have previously received a laptop under any Federal or
Provincial Government scheme.
2. Foreign nationals, except students from AJK and Indian Occupied
Kashmir.
3. Any other students not listed above and/ or as identified and decided
by the Steering Committee.
4. Zero & Deficiency Semester(s) students.

2. To Apply As:
New Applicants: Please click on "New Registration" tab to register for Phase 4.
Existing Applicants: Please click on "Existing Applicants" tab to update your applications
for Phase 4.

3. For New Applicants Choose the following options from the drop down menus on
the 1st page:
a. Enter your CNIC 0000000000000
b. Enter Captcha As given in the image

4. For Existing Applicants Choose the following options from the drop down menus
on the 1st page:
a. City Lahore
b. University Government College University Lahore
c. CNIC Your own CNIC Number without dashes
d. Click Filter Result
e. Click Update

2. Applicant must provide valid CNIC, email and mobile numbers as information once
submitted CANNOT be modified.
3. Applicants must use email address and phone number of which you have an access.
4. In case of any difficulty in submitting the online application form, applicants are
advised to contact the Focal Person(s) of their respective university / institute.
5. Recommended browsers for quick submission of your application are (chrome,
Firefox, Microsoft edge).
6. Applicants should click on tooltips given with each field of application form for
guidance.
