Since about February 25, 2015, the above-named labor organization has restrained and coerced employees by
refusing to file a grievance for Shirley Young regarding the Employer singling her out to search her purse
because of her grievance-filing activity, then by acquiescing to the Employer's demand that the Union withdraw
all Shirley Young's pending grievances to prevent Ms. Young from being fired for refusing to allow the Employer
to search her purse.
