Our research shows that with improved effective legislation, most of the

above is preventable, while at the same time billions of dollars of government

funding can be saved and put to much better use in other areas of community
need.

We have many concerns with the Family Law at present, which we do not
consider fit for the purpose for which it was intended, as it does not address
the real needs of children, who continue to be denied access to the families
they love. Neither does it prevent their emotional abuse by a resident parent.

1. Parents have no legal parenting right to access their children in order to

fulfill their parental responsibilities.
2. Family Courts do not enforce their own orders, making them a worthless
document.
3. Perjury is a crime that strikes at the heart of justice, in Family Courts it runs
rampant as it is handsomely rewarded.
4. State DV Laws are use to make false allegations in order to separate
families from their children, which establishes a parenting arrangement which
is subsequently rubber stamped by a federal Family Justice system.

While Our Pollies Dither Our Families Wither!

Why is this not top of the agenda in this election???

The people of Australia have the right to know that more than 6 million of
their fellow Australians are denied access to their families, as a result of
appalling Family Law Legislation and the activities of a number of
Government agencies. This represents 27 % of the nations’ men, women and
children!

To put this in context, it is the equivalent to the combined populations of QLD

and SA. This number is growing at the annual rate of the population of a city
the size of Townsville.

Successive Governments since 1975 have continued to support this appalling

situation. They are very well aware of the numbers and the horrendous
ramifications, yet will not accept responsibly, and refuse to take the necessary
steps to bring a halt to these practices.

This is a human rights issue, and we consider it our duty to raise the alarm and
inform the public of the urgent need to learn the truth.

Australians have a right to know, how easy it is to be denied access to their

family, and be stripped of their children, property and savings.

The electorate is paying an enormous price for this continuing in-action. Not
just in monetary terms, (which alone is estimated to cost the taxpayer around 6
billion Dollars per year) but also in the areas of unnecessary and preventable
poor community health outcomes, high suicide rates, rising anti social
behaviour, elevated morbidity and mortality rates, avoidable unemployment
levels, a lowered economic output, and a needless number of psychologically
and emotionally damaged victims.
