SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SUMMERSON A. MACASARTE, Filipino, single, of legal age, with residence

and post-office address at 2800 DPW Drive, Mirafuentes Subd., Tagum City, do hereby
name, constitute, and appoint LYNDON MELVI C. SUMIOG, Filipino, single, of legal
age, with residence and postal address at Magsanoc Subdivision, Mankilam, Tagum City,
to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To use as collateral, in compliance with the requirements for availing a Pag-

IBIG Fund housing loan for the purpose of home improvement of my property
particularly described as follows:

Situated at 32, Doctoloro Ave., Doctolero St., Tagum City, and registered under
TCT No. 3332, Lot 32, Block No 2, Survey No. 2222 of the Registry of Deeds
of Tagum City.

2. To execute and sign a Real Estate Mortgage over the above-described property
in favor of the Pag-IBIG Fund as collateral to the abovementioned loan.

3. To perfrom other acts and submit other documents that the mortgagor is
required to perfrom or submit in relation to said mortgage.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power

Authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or convenient, in
connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
do, if personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under
and by virtue of these presents.
