1) Guided Diagnosis Calibration ( all Trucks 359/318)
Necessary after assembly on customer site or after repairing / replacing of
components including the change of complete LHC controllers
A calibration can to be done for:
The Tilt angle sensor
The Joysticks
The Accelerator and Brake Pedal Potentiometer

a) Guided Diagnosis , this feature is not yet implemented on 359 or 318 trucks
b) Select Calibration Auto Troublshooting is not working yet on all models

For a sensor calibration , select with the mouse the START

button

Select then the Sensor you want / need to calibrate ,

press ok and follow then carefully the instruction displayed on the screen .

2) Error Codes and Parameter

This is the main tool to do fine tuning on customer site such as
Traction - Drive Parameter settings :
If after the initial start up of the software ( correct service Base ) the Error codes and
Parameter screen is selected the following screen is coming up

Here we can see all information about the soft / hardware version of the
controllers M ( Master) and S ( Slave ) and the Truck Type 359 / H120
Now by using the mouse we can select the function we want to check / modify f.e.
Traction Parameter or Mast .
Trouble Code Log since last reset Note : should be cleared after every service job
Trouble Code Log since day one Note: For a complete Truck Code History never delete
this log

Adjustable Parameters
a) Brake force settings
Default Settings : Standard controller 13 % , optional controller up to 28%

Every New Setting has to be send to the

LHC controllers by using the F4 Load
Button

b) Speed Limit Setting ( 3 to 11 Km/h )

Default settings :
Travel Speed Setting ( max 30 Km/h with air tyres , max 25 Km/h with solid tyres )

Every New Setting has to be send to the LHC controllers

by using the F4 Load Button

c) Light setting ( optional function )

d) Engine cut Off time if seat is not manned ( optional function )

e) Mast weight and Cylinder diameter ( only necessary when a new LHC controller will
be fitted or if the mast is changed )

Attention : As this setting has a immediate effect on the brake force of the
machine (calculating of machine mass by knowing the machine weight )
special care has to be taken to set the correct figures

NOTE : For mast weight and cylinder diameter we have no default setting
For correct setting refer to reference file in training book or take the setting from the original
LHC controllers

Every New Setting has to be send to the LHC controllers

by using the F4 Load Button

f) Rotating Seat ( Optional Function )

g)Container handling ( optional function on 359 )

h) Factory Setting ( factory default reset )
