AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

I, _________, Filipino, of legal age, married and residing in

________________________, and I, _______________, Filipino, of legal age, single and
residing in ____________________________, after having been sworn in accordance with the
law, hereby depose and state:

1. THAT we are the friends and acquaintances of INGRID MARGARET KRAFT YBANEZ
for over fifteen (15) years;

2. THAT we personally know that she was born last August 18 1993 in Long Beach,
California, United States to spouses EVA KRAFT YBANEZ and JOSEPH BULOTANO
YBANEZ who are both Filipino citizens;

3. THAT we personally know her to be a Filipino citizen by virtue of being born by Filipino
parents. However, she acquired the status of a dual citizen by virtue of being born in the
United States by Filipino parents;

4. THAT we further know, that she have been living in the Philippines for over twenty (20)
years with her Filipino parents and they are presently residing at #15 Aquamarine Street,
Saint Michael Village, Brgy. Kasambagan, Banilad Cebu City;

5. THAT we are not related to INGRID MARGARET KRAFT YBANEZ either by

consanguinity or affinity;

6. THAT we are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing stipulations
for purposes of her requirements in securing a Philippine Passport and other documents
relative thereto, and for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.
