This research is motivated by the ability of academic supervision and

managerial supervision of headmaster at binaan region 03 Sirampog sub-district
that not all perform well performance. From the eleven schools there are some
schools those have excelled in achievement of academic competence and there are
schools those have not excelled in academic competence achievement at once
managerial competence. Therefore, the school of headmaster performance should
be able to manage and lead subordinates so those schools could be more advanced
in academic competence and in managerial competence. The research question is
how the supervisory role of the performance of the headmaster at school in the
academic supervision and managerial competence in SD Binaan Region 03
Sirampog Brebes sub-distric in the academic year 2016/2017? This research is
aimed to know how the supervisory role of the performance of the headmaster at
school in the academic supervision and managerial competence in SD Binaan
Region 03 Sirampog Brebes sub-distric in the academic year 2016/2017?
Furthermore, the method used by writer is qualitative with phenomenological
approach. The subject of this research is eleven the head master of SD Negeri
DABIN 03 Kecamatan Sirampog, technique of data are observation overt or
covert (kayanya ada istilahnya mba untuk terus-terang atau tersamar, coba dibuka
lagi mba), Semi structured interview, documentation, and technique of
triangulation. Moreover, technique of data analysis used by researchers are data
reduction, display data, and conclusion.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan supervisi
akademik dan supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah di daerah binaan 03
Kecamatan Sirampog yang belum semuanya melakukan kinerja dengan
baik.

Dari 11 sekolah tersebut ada beberapa sekolah yang sudah unggul

dalam prestasi kompetensi akademik dan kompetensi manajerialnya dan
juga ada sekolah yang belum unggul dalam prestasi kompetensi
akademik dan kompetensi manajerialnya.

From the eleven schools there are some schools those have
excelled in achievement of academic competence and there are schools
those have not excelled in academic competence achievement at once
managerial competence.

Maka dari itu pihak Sekolah khususnya Kinerja Kepala Sekolah

harus bisa mengelola dan memimpin bawahannya agar sekolah bisa
lebih maju di dalam kompetensi akademik maupun dalam kompetensi
manajerial.

Therefore, the school of headmaster performance should be able

to manage and lead subordinates so those schools could be more
advanced in academic competence and in managerial competence.

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran

pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah pada kompetensi
supervisi akademik dan manajerial di SD daerah binaan 03 Kecamatan
Sirampog Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.
 The research question is how the supervisory role of the

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran

pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah pada kompetensi
supervisi akademik dan supervisi manajerial di SD Daerah Binaan 03
Kecamatan Sirampog Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan

pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian yaitu 11 Kepala SD Negeri
DABIN 03 Kecamatan Sirampog, teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu
observasi terus-terang atau tersamar, wawancara semi terstruktur,
dokumentasi dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan teknik analisis data
yang digunakan peneliti yaitu reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian
data (display data), dan verifikasi data (conclusion).

Furthermore, the method used by writer is qualitative with

adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pengawas sekolah terhadap

Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.
