Abstract This essay discusses the application of the referential corpus and analytic corpus into Chinese-English
translation class by analyzing the students' language competence and preference through exemplification and statis-
tics And the essay concludes that the introduction of the corpus can improve the quality of translation teaching and
should be generally employed
