1. Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Literal Government Transparency Act
2017

2. Definitions
As used hereafter in this Act, "Government Building" refers to any
building or other structure, whether at the time of enactment hereof
or in the future, which have been or will be
(a) Constructed of real, tangible, actual materials at a physical,
non-virtual location.
(b) Owned and operated for official purposes by any organ or
instrument of the Government of the Republic of Silofais.

3. Requirements
In order to ensure transparency of government, every Government
Building shall be made entirely of glass.

4. Failsafe
Where the obtainment of glass be infeasible, a Government
Building or parts thereof may be made of another sturdy and
transparent material than glass.
