Scope of this project involves identification of Ducts and wires connecting to spanner bars of Electrical Design
Zones (EDZs) and estimation of the loads for each of the set of wires and ducts that attach to the spanner bars.

Once the loads are estimated, Shear force, Bending moment, Axial and Torsion diagrams are drawn for each of the
spanner bars. The spanner bars are analyzed at the critical location from the maximum loads obtained from the SF
and BM diagrams. Prepared strength check notes (SCN) for the spanner bar analysis of Section 41 of 787 dream
liner.

the new interaction margin has to be tabulated. The defected parts are mainly analyzed for their static stability on
their usage or installation. The project is critical as it affects the production time on the shop floor.
