Students will have access to their own class iPads. Students will use prior knowledge by flipping through a
Quizlet flashcard set about landforms provided by the teacher. The teacher will walk around the room to
make sure students are staying on task. After 15 minutes, teacher will then introduce the idea of Georgia
specific landforms. The teacher will then show students how to create their own quizlet.

The students will know if their answers are correct as soon as they flip their flashcard over so that the teacher
can assess their prior knowledge.

After the teachers SRT activity, the teacher will have the students start to create their own quizlet on Georgia
Specific landforms.
How will the data be used?
The teacher will be able to assess students prior knowledge on landforms and either provide support or
extension. The information collected will not be used to award a grade but will be used to plain guided
instruction. Students will be able to monitor their individual progress based on how much they know about
landforms.

Students will be assessed in a new way. I hope it will help students learn a new way of studying data and
practicing it.
