HYDROGEN SULPHIDE (H2S) COURSE

COURSE OBJECTIVE:
To provide participants with an understanding of the hazards associated with
H2S, and the confidence to enable them to work safely in a potential H2S
environment. By the end of the One Day course, participants will be familiar
with the following:
Properties and Hazards of H2S
Biological Effects of H2S
H2S Gas Monitoring Systems and Alarm Systems
Basic E.A.R./Life Support
Contingency Plans Muster/Safe Haven locations
Breathing Apparatus /escape breathers familiarization
Portable Gas Monitors

COMPETENCY:
All participants shall demonstrate their understanding of the hazards and
escape methods of an H2S environment including use of Breathing
Apparatus, via written and/or oral.

METHOD OF TRAINING:
Classroom sessions with demonstration and practical activities with BA and/or
escape breathing equipment and Gas Detectors.

DURATION:
1 days.

COURSE VENUE:
Client facility including LCD projector and white board, gas detector and
SCBA.

COURSE FEE:
Rp. 12.500.000, excluding VAT 10%. For maximum 20 person/batch.
The course fee includes training handout and gift away.
Meals and lunch for training participants will be provided by Client.
