1. For the information and guidance of all concemed, enclosed is a communication from
ffice of the Mayor - Cebu City Local Youth Development ffice dated July 13, 2017
regarding the Supreme Studet t Governmenfs Lader Summit 2017 Phase ll which
will be held on July 31, 2a17 August 1-2, 2011 (8:00 AM 5:00 pM) at crown

Regency Residences in V. Rama Avenue, Guadalupe Cebu Cig Cebu.

2. All Principals and School Heads of the specifled schools (ptease see affached list) are
directed to send their School Supreme Student Govemment (SSG) President to
participate in this summit together with the SSG Adviser lo serve as chaperon.

Directed upon the conduct of this summit, participants should be accompanied by their
SSG Adviser. Travel expenses of the participant and adviser and other incidental
expenses shall be shoulder by school MOOE and other localfunds.

4. School heads shall ensure that no classes shall be disrupted.
