Developed a novel method for detecting tubing failures for two of the most prolific Onshore Assets

Namely Mehsana and Ahmadabad, resulting in .4 Million USD revenue savings and an International
conference paper publication in IORS 2015

Developed a novel methodology for installation of high volume pumps, resulting in an annual revenue
gain of 1 Million USD in terms of gas savings and enhanced oil production. Paper based on the above
study was presented at IORS 2016 conference .

Published a paper on Path-breaking ESP design methodology for challenging reservoirs and its
economics in Petrotech 2016, a reputed conference organized by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas,
Govt. of India.

Carried out the feasibility study for setting up 10 MW Pilot offshore wind farms at decommissioned oil
platforms in Mumbai High offshore locations as a part of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas
initiative to harness clean energy sources.

I have been the key main member of the core organizing comitte for the TAC meet -IOGPT's flagship
consulting meet that sees the top management of the various of assets discuss and award projects for
various existing and upcoming fields to IOGPT .I have been managing this mega event for the last 3
years.

I am also involved in anchoring various seminar, technical meets at ONGC and have also been invited for
delivering standup comedy shows at various cultural events in Mumbai and Delhi that are organized by
ONGC.

Co-founded "RealTimeEnergy"- an intelligent consulting platform with real time data processing in June
2015.In this platform, algorithms interact with various technological and financial developments across
the energy industry to expedite the decision making through real-time reports. I was the technical head
of the pilot project for ONGC where we mapped the live server data to our models and successfully
generated feasibility trends for application of pump technologies in an Indian Offshore field.

I have improvised designs of Beam gas compressor for indigenious manufacturing and have received the
fundng for building the prototype . If sucessfully implemented ,this potable compressor has the potential
of saving millions of dollars for ONGC by compresising the flared gas in the SRP wells

Trained over 800 officers and field personnel of ONGC on upcoming technologies and field
troubleshooting and received ONGC merit award 2014 for the initiative.

Mentored and supervised M.Tech students from leading institutes including IIT Madras and ISM
Dhanbad on their Master's thesis and helped them take leadership positions in the energy industry.
Performed inspections of Gas Lift equipments on vendor site for over 1200 units and reduced the
failure rate by 10 % , leading to savings of over .8 Million USD by avoiding repairs after installation in the
wells.

accomplishment I have performed rigorous internal audits as a lead internal auditor for ISO-
9001 & ISO-14001 since November 2014, resulting in successful renewal of the
ISO certification for ONGC's consultancy & research center IOGPT .
My constant effort and rigorous internal audits for aligning the QHSE practices
at IOGPT-ONGC in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, helped
me in receiving IOGPT merit award for the year 2015 by Executive Director
Head IOGPT .
