When you have a minor health problem, you usually go to the doctor or get
something from the drugstore, but you have to know that sometimes is better to prepare
a home remedy to feel better in a moment without go out from house. Some people use
some home remedies when they have a cold, a fever, or the flu. Here are some simple of
these medicines.
Bee stings and insect bites: wash the sting or bite. Put some meat tenderizer on a
handkerchief on the bite for half an hour. To avoid insect bites, its helpful to eat garlic
or take garlic pills.
Burns: Put the burn under cold water or put a cold handkerchief on it. Its important
not to put ice on the burn.
Colds: for a cold is a good home remedy to eat hot chicken soup. It clears the head
and the nose. Other some people rub oil on their chest. And other drink a mixture of red
pepper, hot water, sugar, lemon, juice, and milk or vinegar.
Cough: Drink warm liquids or take some honey.
Headache: Apply an ice pack or cold cloth to your head, or splash your face with
cold water. Its also a good idea to put your hands into hot water and leave them there
for several minutes. Also, you shouldnt read or watch TV.
Insomnia: Drink a large glass of warm milk. Its also a good idea to soak in a warm
bath.

Personal Protective Equipment includes all clothing and work accessories


designed to protect employees from workplace hazards. Employees must wear
