Our Founding Director/Owner of PayTax Consult (Pty) Ltd t/a Marge Consulting,
Mr Obonye Marage is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience
covering Audit, Accounting,Budgeting,Cost Management, Financial Planning,
Financial Modelling, Financial Reporting,Project Management and Taxation.

He has previously held senior positions at Deloitte & Touche and BCL Limited as
Audit Senior and Finance Superintendent respectively. While at BCL he worked as a
Project Manager for a multi-million pula project involving the integration of the HR,
Payroll and Time & Attendance systems. He joined BCL Limited as Payroll
Superintendent in 2005.

With the wealth of experience he posesses, Mr Marage was recently appointed a

member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) Northern
Committee.

Paytax Consult (Pty) Ltd was conceived in 2014 with the idea of specialisation in
Payroll and Taxation administration, however considering his depth of knowledge
encompassing systems implemetation, process improvement and advanced
Microsoft Excel, Marage decided to broaden the scope of PayTax, hence the
rebranding to Marge Consulting

We are proud to be the first consultancy to set-up
