II. Easy Installation of D120 (4522)

Note: This photo was taken when the D120 was installing and testing in our factory, but the real basement shipped out
is outrigger type not this based with ballast type.
B. Easy installation

1. I

Check the construction site, whether there is buildings, high-voltage lines and other

obstacles or not. Check the tower crane accessories and prepare the construction tools in

the table I.

Made the foundation/basement already and check whether the foundation meets the tower

crane installation requirements or not.

Check the outriggers are in level with a level meter.

Make sure the climbing frame, the inner-climbing mast section, the split mast section and

slewing system are assembled in advance.

According to the instructions to install the tower crane parts in turn, and meet the

corresponding technical requirements:

Using a 50-ton truck crane, install the inner- climbing mast section, the mast sections, the

climbing frame, the slewing parts, counter/balance jib, braced frame system, mechanisms,

electrical system, lifting jib and balance weight.(Just like the numbers in the photo A)

Debug circuit, rope and so on.

Jacking-up progress will be demonstrated by the engineer on site from Huiyou.

D120 crane is installed completely after jacking-up to the freestanding height.

C Easy demolition

1.

Tower crane demolition is the reverse of the installation process.

2.

All cranes with the inner-climbing system need a special and sole demolition plan

according to the real construction site. We could design it only until our engineer finish his

real site inspection or our technical guiding the inner-climbing system jacking up take the

construction site photos back to our company. We also need design some new tools, for

example auxiliary platform and so on.
