Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition; Southbank 26.4

This article was over an experiment to see how long a healthy snack bar will keep you full and
how it affected the glycaemic of the participants (who are all over the age of 50) and how it compared
to other commercial candy bars. After the bar was eaten they measured the blood glucose
concentrations at 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. It was seen that the Nothing Else healthier bar
kept the participants full, for about 2 hours. While bar 2 was half the time and bar 1 was about the same
as Nothing Else. Because of Nothing Elses nutritional profile and fullness rate, it was the best bar.

Electronic Theses and Dissertations in Music

ETDs are fairly new and have issues of copyright seen within graduate students. Some
advantages to ETDs is it is very expressive to multimedia, cost effective, teaches students about
publishing and information technology, and provides easier access to current research. In Copyright Law
section 107 it states a few ways one can use the media without being charged with copyright. There are
three approaches to digital archives, each has its pros and cons. Depending on your use for your ETD
will determine which one to use. There is a better procedure in mind for these ETDs and for the
students, the problem with it is, it does not put your information in a proper manner.

Exercise Benefits Patients With Depression

AJN, American Journal of Nursing Volume 113 pg 67

Lippincott Williams and Wilkins

2013

$83 billion a year is put toward depression in the US. While medication is a main go-to to treat
depression, exercise is also a major contributor to treatment as well. It is proven that those who are
depressed and take aerobic or resistance exercise for at least 8 weeks will be less depressed. It is
recommended that patients exercise at least 3 times a week for 10 to 12 weeks. It is also suggested that
heart rate max for aerobic training should be at 50-85%. Resistance should workout both upper and
lower body and hit 8 repetitions with 80% of maximum weight.
