All job shall only proceed once the Technical Investigation Report (TIR)
has been issued. Mr. Moustafa
PGCC focal person for TIR & technical concerns shall be Mr. Moustafa Elshemy
Elshemy.
As per the latest information from Mr. Patrick De Bot thru email - it has
previously been agreed that the area inspectors themselves will be setting
up and issuing the TIRs

Variation order to be raised concerning the previous undisclosed status of the

contract ( previously believed to be Call-off basis, but eventually become Service
