Unnat Bharat Program Proposal

Introduction:- Under this program we are trying to bind academic studies with field work in which
student dealing in will get to know both the operational aspect of the aspect and can become much
more prominent and ready to work in professional world. This program can provide the operational
visibility of the academic knowledge post working in the corporate world.

Plan:- As of now the plan we can figure out are-

1. MBA with field work: - If a student is opting for this program and the program of MBA course
curriculum is of 2 years, so for the first year the students have to take all basic and academic
classes and have to score enough marks to enroll themselves in this program in the 2nd year of
the same. And in the second year a group of students of with different opted specializations will
work on the project under Unnat Bharat Program, and to be noted that the students will have to
work in their opted field for specialization in the project. And as of now the decided project is, as
IIIT have to adopt 5 villages under this program so a group of students will work on to adopt and
have to make it as a correlated project and as the group will have students of different
specializations so they have to with respect to their chosen specialization so that they can work
in their interested area and shall have to provide the institution with a proper plan under the
guidance of their respective faculties and the student have to defend their work and make the
institution understand about the whole working process.
If the student is working alone and doesnt have enough of members of needed specializations
then post presenting their part of work to the jury and defending the same in front of the same,
the same can be forwarded to the student joining in the next session and have the potential to
work on the same project. Then to understand the project the new student will need the help of
the previous student working on the same project, then to seek the help or guidance institution
shall have to pay to the alumni who was working on the project, as without any payment it will
get somewhat difficult for institution to get help or if the alumni is ready to help without any
payment then the same will work fine, but in worst case scenario payment of a negligible
amount shall have to be kept for worst case scenario.
2. MBA-PHD with field work:- In this program, if a student is getting enrolled for dual degree
course then he or she have to work on a live project from second year onwards with their fellow
MBA of MBA-PHD dual degree students. And post implementation phase or initialization of the
implementation of the project the same student shall be awarded with MBA-PHD degree for the
live project.
