Re: Demand to Vacate and Pull Out Belongings

.
Dear :

We write on behalf of our client, ______________

Because of your failure to pay the agreed purchase price, ____ has duly cancelled
your account over ___________ (the subject property). While we are aware that you
have ceased to occupy the subject property, we are informed that you have failed to pull
out your belongings, which until now remain in the subject property. Please be informed
that since your account has been cancelled, your failure to pull out your belongings
violates your Contract to Sell, under which you are obliged to fully surrender the subject
property to our client, failing which ____ may take immediate possession of it
extrajudicially:

-----------------------------------------

This is therefore ___s final demand that you pull out the remaining belongings in
the subject property within five (5) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, our client,
pursuant to the cited stipulation, will be constrained to break open the subject property
and pull out your remaining belongings on __________, with all expenses for your
account.

Should you fail to comply with the foregoing demands, we will be constrained to
initiate court action against you to protect our clients interests, without further notice
and with a claim for damages and all related legal costs and fees.

Very truly yours,

_______________
