Dear Ramakrishna,

This is with reference to your employment with ASM Technologies Limited (the
Company). We are pleased to inform you that consequent to your continued service with the
Company as Linux Admin and your compensation is revised to Rs. 4,42,750/- (Rupees Four
Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) per annum. Annexure A hereto
contains your revised salary structure and the additional emoluments that you are now entitled to.
Please note that your revised compensation package will come into effect from
November 01, 2013.

All other terms and conditions of your employment remain unaltered and continue to bind you,
including but not limited to the Employee Proprietary Information, Inventions, Non-Competition
and Non-Solicitation Agreement and the ASM Employee Handbook
