BUSINESS AND POWER SHARING AGREEMENT

BETWEEN JIMI RICHARD WANJIGI (THE FINANCIER) AND NATIONAL SUPER ALLIANCE (NASA)
PRINCIPALS (Rt. Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga, Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, Hon. Wycliffe Musalia
Mudavadi, Hon. Moses Masika Wetangula and Hon. Isaac Rutto)
THIS BUSINESS AND POWER SHARING AGREEMENT is made this 27th day of April 2017 between
JIMI RICHARD WANJIGI (THE FINANCIER) AND NATIONAL SUPER ALLIANCE PRINCIPALS (Hon.
Raila Amollo Odinga, Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, Hon. Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi, Hon. Moses
Masika Wetangula and Isaac Rutto)

WHEREAS
a. The Kenyan Presidential Elections will be held on 8th August, 2017
b. The National Super Alliance (NASA), has nominated Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga as the Presidential
Flag bearer and Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka the running mate and Honourables Musalia
Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula and Isaac Rutto as co-principals in NASA.
c. Jimi Richard Wanjigi, owner and Chairman Kwacha Group of companies, agrees to finance
all the costs of NASAs Presidential Campaigns.

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Hon. Raila Odinga winning the Presidency, the NASA Manifesto
and this agreement, WE the NASA principals on one hand and Jimi Richard Wanjigi on the other
hand agrees as follows:
i. That Jimi Richard Wanjigi will finance NASAs Presidential Campaigns to a tune of Kshs. 10
Billion that is broken down as follows:
a. Out of Pocket Allowance of Ksh. 300 Million each to Stephen Kalonzo, Musalia
Mudavadi, Isaac Rutto and Moses Wetangula for backing Railas bid.
b. Monthly Campaign Finances broken down as follows:
i. May Ksh. 2 Billion
ii. June Ksh 2 Billion
iii. July Ksh. 3 Billion
iv. August Ksh. 1.8 Billion
ii. That the money will be channeled without fail in form of cash either at Nairobi or Dubai as
Jimi Richard Wanjigi may advise.
iii. That the money must be utilized for campaign purposes only except the out-of -pocket
allowances for the 4 principals failure to which Jimi Richard Wanjigi may reconsider his
sponsorship.
iv. That Jimi Richard Wanjigi will directly manage the finances with the help of Rt. Hon. Raila
Odinga, Ida Odinga, David Ndii and John Githongo.
v. In consideration of this support and if NASA wins (Which the 5 Principals must ensure
it wins by all means or force a grand coalition), Jimi Richard Wanjigi, Kwacha Group of

 i. Companies and its associates MUST be awarded the tenders of the following
aforementioned projects in the NASA manifesto but not limited to;

a. The Nairobi Mass Transit System (Worth Ksh. 200 Billion)

b. The 1000 Mw gas plant in Lungalunga, Kwale (Worth Ksh. 500 Billion)
c. The Lake Victoria Ring road (Worth Ksh. 20 Billion)
d. The 1034 Kilometer Garissa Moyale road (Worth Ksh. 150 Billion)
e. The 500,000 housing units (Worth Ksh. 400 Billion)
f. Printing of the New Generation Currency (Worth Ksh. 500 Billion)
g. Security Installations in the Kenya Police, the Military and NYS (Worth Ksh. 500
Billion)

Further, 60 Per Cent of profits made from these contracts, which Jimi Richard Wanjigi avers can
only be a minimum of Ksh. 1 Trillion shall also be shared amongst the NASA principals using the
following percentages:
a. Raila Odinga - 40%
b. Kalonzo Musyoka- 20%
c. Isaac Rutto -10%
d. Musalia Mudavadi - 5%
e. Moses Wetangula - 5%
f. Common Pool - 20% (To be administered by Jimi Richard Wanjigi, David Ndii, John
Githongo)

Further, Jimi Richard Wanjigi will nominate appointees in the following public offices:
a. Cabinet and Principal Secretaries for Treasury, Defence, Interior, Finance, Energy,
Housing and Transport and Infrastructure.
b. Central Bank Governor, Head of Public Service Office, Inspector General of Police,
Heads of National Intelligence Service and CID, Military Commanders, State House
Comptroller, Attorney General, and ALL positions in the Public Service above Job
Group V.

In addition, Jimi Richard Wanjigi, his group of companies, business associates and family members
shall be granted immunity over possible prosecution(s) of any crime committed in the past and in
future.
vi. In the event NASA wins ALTHOUGH the 5 Principals must ensure it wins by all means or
force a grand coalition), BUT fails to award JW gets these tenders, the principals will
individually and collectively pay JW his principal sum of funding the campaigns of Ksh. 10
Billion and a lumpsum interest of Ksh. 50 Billion as contained in a separate agreement of a
commercial debt between NASA Principals and Jimi Richard Wanjigi.
