Contracting over 100 million dollar of construction I assembled hundreds of Construction Budgets and
completed over a thousand Percentage of Completion draw requests. As Project Manager of Community
Recovery Resources, I reviewed and approved over 10 million dollars of Draw Requests on a Percentage
of Completion basis. All of the approvals were reviewed and inspected by the State Architect for USDA
and the Federal Government and found without fault. I am currently in Managing the Briar Patch One
million dollar renovation where I established their Progess Paymnet system and am over seeing all
dispusments of Funds
