Susie's Yummy Baked Meatballs

Ingredients
1 large bowl (twice the size you think you will need; it makes mixing easier)
1 pound hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
1 small onion or 1/2 a large onion, minced or grated
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley or basil

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Mince or grate the onion. (I use a food processor to chop.)
4. In large bowl, beat eggs with milk.
5. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix with hands; mix well but don't compact
meat.
6. Form into golf ball-size meatballs and place on cookie sheet, just so not touching.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
8. Remove cookie sheet from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Gently move meatballs to a
plate, platter, something.
9. If freezing, let cool completely and put into freezer container. Separate layers with
parchment paper or plastic wrap. Cover and freeze.
