First, I will talk to my manager about my this goal and other goals while working as a critical care nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. I will let her know that I would like to become certified in
CRRT.

Next, I will take the necessary courses needed to educate myself on how the CRRT machine works, trouble shooting, and patient care while on the CCRT.

Last, I will shadow nurses experienced in the CRRT machine to get a better understanding and knowledge on how this machine works, and then take on CRRT patients.

A book detailing CRRT machine function and patient care while on CRRT. I will get a bigger understanding of renal failure and
sepsis associated with the diagnosis. I will also need to attend the CRRT course and talk to coworkers about the "tips and trick"
of CRRT care.

I will ask my manager to schedule my education around my work schedule, this way I can manage both.
