Please, prepare your manuscript according to these instructions. That is the easiest way to
ensure a rapid publication process and have a good published manuscript.
Layout guidelines
- Paper size A4 with all margins set to 2.5 cm.
- Use the whole space of all pages, do not leave free space
Referring
- References to other publications must be in Harvard style and carefully checked
for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
- Cite publications in the text: (Adams, 2006) using the first named author or
(Adams and Brown, 2006) citing both names of two, or (Adams et al., 2006), when
there are three or more authors.
- If there is more than one manuscript by the same author(s) and with the same date,
label them a,b,c, etc. (Adams, 2001a, 2001b).
- Avoid the use of footnotes.
Reference list
o For book chapters: Author last name, Author initial (year of publication),
Name of Chapter, In: Title of the Book in Italics, Editor(s) last name, Editor
Initial, Publisher, Place of publication, pp. (first-last page numbers).
e.g. Alberti, B., Knovski, A., Kant, J. (2002), Title of the book in italics,
Publisher, Place of publishing.
o For journals: Author last name, Author initial (year of publication), Title of the
paper, Name of the Journal in Italics, Vol. volume number, No. issue number,
pp. (first-last page numbers).
e.g. Fulham, A. (2003), Title of the paper. Name of the Journal, Vol. 5, No. 10,
pp 123-145
o For published conference proceedings: Author last name, Author initial (year
of publication), Title of paper, in Editor last name, Editor Initial (Ed.), Title of
published proceeding which may include place and date(s) held, Publisher,
Place of publication, pp. (first-last page numbers).
e.g. Bush, B., Sirah, A., Matiss, J. (2005), Title of the conference paper,
Collection of papers from xxx xxx, Kandija, V. (editor), place of the
conference, month and year, publisher, city, pp xx.
o For working papers: Author last name, Author initial (year), Title of article,
working paper [number if available], Institution or organization, Place of
organization, date.
e.g. Knego, P. (2008), How to published academic research, working paper,
Faculty of Business & Economics, University of Zagreb, Zagreb, date.
o For newspaper articles (authored): Author last name, Author initial (year),
Article title, Newspaper, date, pages.
e.g. Smith, A. (2008), Article title, Daily News, date, pp. xx.
o For electronic sources: Author last name, Author initial (date of publication or
revision), Article title. pages if available online the full URL should be
supplied at the end of the reference, as well as a date that the resource was
accessed.
e.g. Castle, B. (2005), Introduction to web sites, available at: http://www-
______p/ (accessed xxxxx 2007).
Please note that authors have the responsibility to correct all grammatical errors in the paper.
