3. Operations are linked consecutively according to the specified order.

Scheduling is done by pegging sales orders, manufacturing orders, and purchase orders. As a result, production plans based on sales orders, purchase
plans based on manufacturing orders, production plans based on purchase orders, due date responses for sales orders based on manufacturing orders,
and the like, can be output.

This is a production scheduler that creates multi-item/multi process production plans at high speed.
It can be used for creating execution plans for the output of various work instructions in the factory, and also for quick load simulation covering long

This is an MRP engine that calculates required amounts at high speed and in real time with lead time in 1-second resolution by applying the MS calculation
engine. Calculations are done not in day buckets but along a continuous time axis, allowing the accurate calculation of required amounts and times.

SED Schedule Editor

When used in combination with DS, this module makes it possible for multiple persons in charge of processes to change plans for the resources that are
respectively in charge of.

This is a specialised module for tha creation and maintenance of the master data (Integrated Master Editor).
When used in combination with DS, it is possible to update the master data while other users are using the scheduler.

Besides viewing of production plans on various Gantt charts, Dispatching view, load graph, inventory graph, table windows, and so on, inputing of results
is also supported.

Licenses are managed centrally on a single PC. Client PCs connected via NLS undergo license authentication.
A scheduler module (APS/MS/MRP) license is required for each separate project.

Schedule data is managed to allow sharing among multiple users.

Data is exclusively controlled by a check-in/check-out system, and the results, schedule, master and other data updated by the various persons in charge
are managed on a dierence basis.
Each person in charge can grasp data updates in real time and download the latest data at any time.
