FAQS GUIDELINES

A. Task of each MEMBER per group

1. Shall be assigned to at least 5 sets of bar exam questions
2. Each shall have THREE documents to submit.
a. Frequently Asked Questions
b. Objective Type of Question
c. Not Usually Asked
3. Each document shall contain the number of tally on how many times a
certain topic appeared on the bar exam year you are assigned to.
4. From those questions, take note of questions appeared at least 3 times.
5. If several topics appeared at least 3 times, those appearing more recently
have preference.
6. The format in writing the topics shall follow the format of the set of bar
exam questions

Criminal Law: Justifying Circumstances 12 times

Objective/Enumeration/Distinguish, etc. type questions

1. May use the tally as guide to pick questions
2. Almost the same procedure as FAQs, but shall focus on objective type
questions

Not Usually Asked Questions

1. Covered questions that are not usually expected but still come out of the Bar
exam questions
